Modular homes
Statewide Constructions steel-framed modular homes are much stronger than anything that could be constructed on site. Because they are built in our Hobart factory there is the added benefit that construction is not affected by weather delays or by having to wait for tradesmen to schedule a visit to your building project.
You have great flexibility with Statewide modular homes. They can be designed as single units, or multiple units which are customised to the size of a large contemporary home. They are only available in single storey, but options include various roof profiles, decks and colourbond colours. They can be supplied either:
- Built to lock-up in our factory, ready to be finished after delivery to the site, or
- Fully completed and ready to move in.
Units are transported to your property on the bed of a special vehicle – a process that has been carried out hundreds of times by our experts – and there they are set on your prepared footings. Finishing can be done by you, saving you money, or, with a fully-completed house you allow a couple of days for services to be hooked up and bingo! You can move in.
