Special conditions:
Due to connection issues of the three modular units if the building site is more than 1 metre out of level, in such cases Statewide supplies the middle section of the Callenger 3 Modular home in flatpack form. Owners will need to arrange for this section to be assembled on site. A special price (available on application) will apply in such cases.
If the building site is less than 1 metre out of level, the Challenger 3 modular home is supplied as three complete sections, as detailed above.
